Mike is an AV Preeminent rated and Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer.  He has been recognized by his peers as one of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and has received numerous Florida Super Lawyer Awards.  Mike is a member of the Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association, and the U.S. Tax Court.  He is also member of the Tax Law, Sports Law, and Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar.  

Mike earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Florida College of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law.  He graduated cum laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in accounting.  Mike has served as an adjunct professor of law and is a frequent lecturer to attorneys, accountants, physicians, and financial advisors.  Mike is a tax specialist and concentrates his practice on Estate and Tax Planning, Wealth Preservation, Business Succession, Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture.

Rob's expertise focuses primarily on Estate and Tax Planning for high net-worth individuals, Real Estate, Trust Administration, Wealth Preservation, and Business law.  He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.  Rob attended Stetson University, where he earned a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Law.  Following his undergraduate studies, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law.

Clayton began his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, ultimately receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Economics from the University of North Florida.  His main practice areas include Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, Probate and Trust Litigation, and Elder Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  Clayton earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law.

  Michael graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in History and a Minor in Philosophy, and from Stetson Law School with a Juris Doctor degree. He attended the Graduate Tax Program at Boston University, receiving his LL.M. in Taxation.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Tax Court.  Michael has tried numerous cases in US Tax Court, Federal Court, and State Court representing clients dealing with Internal Revenue Service tax controversy matters. He is also an experienced negotiator for offers in compromise, installment payment agreements, penalty abatement, and release of federal tax liens and levies.  Michael is of-counsel with the firm.

Randy Coleman is an AV Preeminent rated lawyer and a member of The Florida Bar and American Bar Association, whose expertise lie in estate planning, probate, and elder law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida. Randy is a frequent lecturer and nationally recognized speaker in the areas of estate planning, financial planning, financial exploitation of the elderly, and asset protection and was a practicing CPA in Florida for six years prior to entering law practice. Randy is of-counsel with the firm.
